Zone Pastors

Chris and Shae WilliamsChris and Shae Williams moved to Maidstone from Cardiff, Wales, in 2004, when they felt God call them to do Year of Training - a year-long course run by the Jubilee Training Centre.  After they finished the year, they joined the staff team on a full-time basis, running School of the Word.  They have always had a desire for the nations and, because Jubilee Church is committed to seeing them impacted and transformed, the two of them immediately felt at home.  Chris and Shae have three main passions. Firstly, they want to see everyone grown into a mature son or daughter in God's Kingdom. Second is to see people being trained and encouraged to walk in the destiny God has for them and, lastly, to see families and friends living and working together in Godly relationships.

The Williams' were married in 2002 and have a little boy name Ethan, who is a wild bundle of energy and almost as loud as his dad!  They long to see that kind of fun and life spill out to every person they come into contact with.

When asked why they are so passionate about where they are, their answer is simply this:"We were drawn by the life, vibrance and growth here and, because of the difference it has made in our lives, we wouldn't miss it for the world!  We are seeing His Kingdom come right here on earth and our desire is to be at the front pushing it forward!"

Paul and GwynethPaul and Gwyneth have lived in Maidstone for more than 20 years.  As a couple they are passionate about people and family, have a heart for helping people see their true value in God and an incredible gift of hospitality. The Darling’s are responsible for overseeing the Marriage Enrichment Course, which is run twice a year, and see strong marriages as an important foundation for Kingdom living. Paul has a head for business and a heart for Kingdom. He is involved in mentoring those involved in business and is passionate to see Kingdom businesses flourish and grow. Gwyneth has a heart to nurture and mentor women and is involved with the women’s mentoring in Jubilee.

Paul and Gwyneth have a youthful outlook to life, something they are glad of as they have two grown up daughters, Suzanna and Nicola, who have completed the Creative Arts Academy and Year of Training courses respectively.

Cell Leaders

Ali and JackyAli and Jacky joined the original church plant team with Michael Puffett in London in 2000, before the group moved to Maidstone. They have had the privilege of many ‘firsts’ in Jubilee. They were part of the first Year of Training course and soon after became the first couple to get married in Jubilee. They have seen Jubilee grow from around 40 people, to the flourishing vibrant body it is now.
Jacky has a real passion for dancing and established CREA dance whilst also cell leading. She desires to see God work in the lives of ladies and see them grow in accountable relationships.
Alistair enjoys seeing people grasp the understanding of scripture and kingdom principles. He loves challenging people beyond their limits, whether that be physical or spiritual.
The third, and by far most vocal, member of the Campbell family is toddler Caden, who is absolutely besotted with drums, guitars, cars and generally running everywhere as fast as he can. He has definitely inherited his mother’s sense of rhythm and love for people, and dad’s love for music and open spaces.

James and MollyJames and Molly came to Maidstone in January 2007. They had been part of a Church Of The Nations plant in Flagler Beach, Florida, and had initially thought Maidstone was a pit-stop, before God spoke to them about doing Jubilee Training School’s Year of Training course. Since then they believe God has called them to remain in Maidstone with the church, which they believe has given them the foundations of sonship and kingdom – something they have lived their whole Christian lives without quite grasping. The Coltart’s now want to spread this message and see people come to a place of wholeness and healing.

This couple has a heart to see kingdom impact their community. James has a real heart for marketplace ministry through his property development company, seeing Kingdom infiltrate and impact the lives he comes into contact with on a daily basis. Molly has a heart to see lives impacted and transformed from the inside out by their father. Together, they have a passion for people, saved or unsaved, and are humbled by the way they see God using them to reflect and represent Him, and how that has transformed lives they come into contact with.

Molly is involved with leading a Ladies Mentoring group, and James with Business for Christ (see our Ministries section for more information). They both love to socialize, have fun, and be creative. They believe it’s okay to be a little crazy and unusual with the personalities God has given them, which they hope transfers to their first child who has just been born!

Marc and ChantelleMarc and Chantelle joined the Jubilee family in 2004. Their hearts are to see the local community impacted by building healthy relationships and being the friendly face and a helping hand to those around them. Marc, a real outdoor adventurer who enjoys BBQing, is eager to see men stand up and take their place for God and His Kingdom.
Chantelle, who is currently a School of the Word student, is keen to see those who are hurting come to a place of wholeness and healing. The Davidson’s have recently had an addition to their family with the birth of their first baby, beautiful Laila. A true blessing from above, and one of many they’ve seen since placing the Lord at the head of their home.

Eugen and RamonaEugen and Ramona are part of the furniture at Jubilee. They have been around for nearly a decade but certainly haven't had a mid-life crisis yet and grown a beard! They moved from Germany to the UK in 1997 and have never looked back. From small beginnings they have seen the church grow and are totally committed and enthusiastic about what God has planned for Maidstone. Eugen is involved in business and both he and Ramona set up CreaMedia in order to invest their media skills in promoting Christian values in a creative and relevant way. Ramona is currently a full-time mum and looks after their two gorgeous young boys, Benjamin and Lukas, who will inevitably take to the Maidstone accent like ducks to water - or so they are told by their teasing friends. Eugen and Ramona both have a huge heart for people and family life. Their passion is to encourage and equip people to live out their faith in an authentic way.
