Who we are
FandF stands for Foundation and Food. We are a two-fold ministry whose aim is to build life and fun on the foundation of Jesus.
- What do we mean by ‘two-fold ministry?’
- If you look at the way Jesus walked, He was constantly ministering to two kinds of people: His disciples and the crowd. Ministry to His disciples consisted in fathering them in order to see them grow in character and become mature sons of the Kingdom who accurately reflect, represent and reproduce the Father’s character – that was Jesus’ private ministry.
- Ministry to the crowds consisted in accurately depicting what life in the Kingdom of God is really like. He achieved this by meeting the people at their point of need and creating opportunities for them to belong and to feel accepted, regardless of their social status. His sole aim was to show the crowds that God’s Kingdom, i.e. His rule, reign and influence, is indeed good news worth welcoming in one’s life – that was Jesus’ public ministry.
Likewise, FandF aims to minister in these two capacities:
Foundation is our private ministry, with the aim to:
- Raise and release the next generation
- Equip young adults into maturity
- Be His witnesses on the mission field
- "And Jesus grew in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and men." Luke 2:52
Food is our public ministry, with the aim to:
- See solid Godly friendships developed between young adults
- Have fun and live life to the full
- Draw others to life in Jesus
- "They broke bread in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts, praising God and enjoying the favor of all the people. And the Lord added to their number daily those who were being saved." Acts 2:46b-47
FandF leadership team
The FandF leaders are a bunch of people whose hearts is fully after God's. He is changing our lives, shaping our characters and commissioning us to pass it on to others. This is who we are:

Cell Leaders
Tim and Sinta - Tim is originally from Australia and Sinta from Indonesia, but they are currently living and working in Maidstone. Seven years ago Tim moved to the county town and had the opportunity to play for the Men’s Hockey Club First Team. His time in Maidstone was life-changing as he enrolled in the Year of Training course as a student, and then became full-time staff at the Jubilee Training Centre. He has now been involved with the Jubilee Creative Arts Academy for three years and is passionate about raising the standard in Christian music and the “now” generation worship.
Through the training courses he met Sinta, who studied Graphic Design at KIAD. Having finished her degree, Sinta took up a full-time position in a creative agency run by two elders in the church, where she is currently working. Sinta enjoys dancing, styling people’s hair and in her spare time she does occasional beading and spends time with people. As cell leaders, Tim and Sinta are excited about coming alongside people, seeing them trained and equipped for the journey God has set for them; full of abundant life and joy.

Peter and Deidre were both born in Zimbabwe, but met in London and got married in Cardiff, Wales, in 2004. They moved from the Welsh valleys, to Maidstone, in 2007. Peter’s passion is IT, so it is not surprising he runs his own IT company, Puffin IT Solutions. Anything IT related Peter can do - from hardware to software, web building, programming and even building PC’s and laptops.
Deidre began School of the Word in September 2007 and has remained there for a second year as a student leader. Her passion is creativity, which includes cooking, sewing, embroidery, bead work and paper craft (basically anything she can make herself!) She is keen to share that passion with others and to get them excited about crafts and using the talents they have.
A young couple, they do not have any children yet. But they do have a black and white cat called Oscar, who is very much a part of the Campbell family. They both love having fun and being spontaneous, especially when spending time with other people. And it is from a place of fun and laughter together that they enjoy seeing people grow and lives changed.
